Bayern Munich director of sport Max Eberl did not respond kindly to criticism of his team following Wednesday's thrashing at the hands of Barcelona. The German giants lost 4-1 in Catalonia, where Raphinha scored a hat-trick. Former Bayern star Robert Lewandowski got Barca's other goal, while Harry Kane was the only scorer for the away side. Bayern are top of the Bundesliga after seven rounds of fixtures but Wednesday's defeat in Europe left them with just three points from a possible nine in the Champions League.
