Harry Kane has been passed fit for England's Nations League double-header versus Greece and Finland but Kobbie Mainoo has been forced to withdraw. Aston Villa defender Ezri Konsa and Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White have also pulled out of Lee Carsley's party with the interim head coach deciding not to replace his withdrawals at this moment in time. Captain Kane has been cleared to remain with the national team at St George's Park after suffering ankle and groin issues in the weekend game against Eintracht Frankfurt.
