England captain Harry Kane did not train with the rest of the squad on Tuesday morning as he continues his recovery from an injury. Kane limped out of Bayern Munich's 3-3 draw with Eintracht Frankfurt on Sunday but travelled straight to St George's Park, where he was passed fit by England's medical staff on Monday evening. However, the 31-year-old striker trained indoors on an individualised programme as he enters a race to be fit for Thursday night's Nations League game against Greece at Wembley.
