The comedian and TV star, best known for BBC sitcom Miranda, has spoken about being diagnosed with the debilitating condition after years of wondering what was wrong with her. The 51-year-old said she first became unwell aged 15 and her illness developed into chronic fatigue and myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME).
