Thomas Tuchel is in advanced talks with the Football Association about becoming the next England head coach. The German is open to becoming Gareth Southgate's long term successor, it is understood. The have have sounded out a number of candidates for the position as England boss, which is currently being held by Lee Carsley on an interim basis. Talks between Tuchel and the FA are ongoing and could be wrapped up quickly amid interest in the former Chelsea boss from Manchester United, as they consider Erik ten Hag's position.
