The NRL has cleared Titans star AJ Brimson of any potential breaches of the code of conduct after it found no evidence to suggest he had bet on rugby league games following a social media post that showed a big win on the Melbourne Cup as well as other bets on NRL games. Brimson was adamant from the outset that the bets came from his mother's betting account after he posted a screenshot of a $10,100 win thanks to a big bet on roughie Knight's Choice to win the Melbourne Cup.
