James Maddison and Mikey Moore were forced to walk to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Wednesday after getting stuck in traffic. Spurs entered their EFL Cup clash with Manchester City in need of a response after falling to a disappointing defeat to Crystal Palace just days earlier. However, Ange Postecoglou was nearly without two of his stars for the game as Maddison hilariously revealed on his Instagram story. In a series of posts on Friday the England international detailed how he and Moore were forced to complete the journey to the ground on foot but were able to arrive undetected amongst hordes of supporters.
