Morgan Rogers has signed a contract extension with Aston Villa, the club have announced. The attacking midfielder only joined Villa in February 2024 from Championship side Middlesbrough for a deal worth £15million. Rogers has impressed so far this season with three goals and three assists in all competitions, already matching his goalscoring tally from the 2023-24 Premier League campaign. His stellar performances under the watchful eye of Villa boss Unai Emery earned him his first senior international call-up with England last week, at the age of 22.
