The two clubs who previously triggered Ruben Amorim's release clause have been revealed. Following the departure of Erik ten Hag, United have moved to appoint Sporting boss Amorim following a week of heavy links with the highly-regarded 39-year-old head coach. Amorim will become United head coach on November 11, subject to work visa requirements, replacing temporary interim boss Ruud van Nistelrooy. Other major clubs have previously attempted to secure the services of the 39-year-old, though, with several Premier League clubs in the last 12 months linked with his services.
