The 30-year-old – who captured the nation's attention as a contestant on the eighth series of The X Factor in 2011 – took to social media on Thursday evening to reveal the exciting news. Lily is remembered for her part in one of the most famous moments in The X Factor history, when she was voted back onto the show after her elimination as a replacement for Frankie Cocozza, who broke competition rules and had to be removed.
