Rangers have demanded answers from the SFA over the non-award of a penalty in Sunday's Premier Sports Cup Final defeat to Celtic. Manager Philippe Clement claimed his side should have had a spot-kick when Liam Scales pulled back Vaclav Cerny three minutes into extra-time, with the game finely poised at 3-3. Still images showed that the pull continued into the penalty box, with former referee Bobby Madden stating on social media that it was '100 per cent a penalty kick' before expressing surprise that the VAR officials failed to upgrade a free-kick to a spot-kick.
