Ryan Caldwell, who works for BCT Partners based in East Brunswick, New Jersey, was seen on viral video referring to a female Packers fan as an 'ugly, dumb c***'. The 45-year-old's company profile uses the pronouns 'they/them' to describe his employment background, which is largely in hospitality.
