The Las Vegas Raiders have wielded the axe for a second time this week with the franchise firing general manager Tom Telesco after just one season. Just two days after dismissing head coach Antonio Pierce - in the first coaching change since Tom Brady's arrival to the team's ownership - the Raiders also fired Telesco Thursday.
