Auburn football coach Hugh Freeze shares heartbreaking health diagnosis
Auburn head football coach Hugh Freeze has revealed he has been diagnosed with an early form of prostate cancer. Freeze is 55 and shared the heartbreaking diagnosis on Friday in a statement. The only silver lining is that Freeze's cancer diagnosis was caught early and it is curable. Freeze is not expected to miss any time as Auburn's head football coach while undergoing cancer treatments. Freeze is 55 years old and will be entering his third season at Auburn's helm this fall.
