Kellie Finlayson has hit out at comparisons between her and cancer faker Belle Gibson as 'offensive' and a 'big punch in the face'. The 29-year-old mother of one, who is married to Port Adelaide forward Jeremy, is currently battling terminal bowel cancer when she was just 25 years old. On Tuesday, she took to Instagram to reveal that she is often referred to as Gibson and hit out at the comparisons.
