Images from inside the Connecticut house of horrors where a man was allegedly held captive by his stepmother for 20 years have emerged for the first time as further details of the decades-long campaign of abuse are revealed. Kimberly Sullivan, 56, has been charged with assault, kidnapping, unlawful restraint, cruelty and reckless endangerment. She was arraigned Wednesday and held with a $300,000 bond. Her attorney, Ioannis Kaloidis, indicated Sullivan intends to vigorously defend the charges, saying: 'She's adamant she did not do the things that she's accused of.
