Ned Johnson, 82, was wrongfully declared deceased by the Social Security Administration (SSA), meaning his benefits were mistakenly ceased. His wife, Pam Johnson, was mailed a notice from the Bank of America in February, sending premature condolences about Ned's passing, ABC reported.
